CMS stands for (Content Management System) is computer software or an application (like WordPress) that uses a database to manage all content, and it can be used when developing a website, provides a graphical user interface with tools to create, edit and publish web content without the need to write code from scratch.
As Designer I will take care of your website or E-Commerce, I will help you to fix the problem or build a new one from scratch and teach you some basic commands to be able to update your site by yourself.

Technical Support or (Tech Support, IT Support, Help Desk) is a skilled agent that can help to set up clients computer, troubleshoot any problems, virus removal, format and reinstall OS, backup file, upgrade software or hardware with advice and be able to connect computers and printers to the internet.
